BEFORE APPLYING it is mandatory that you create a journal name that is similar to your character’s name. For example, if your character’s name is John Smith, an appropriate user name might be

smithj. Excessive underscores, numbers and other equally obnoxious lettering is unacceptable and any applications including the latter will be ignored. Next, a fairly extensive first entry including your character’s background and detail of his/her current life is necessary. Please put some effort into this. It is painstakingly obvious when a writer does not put effort into his/her writing and this will likely get you rejected from the community. Lastly required are five icons, a disclaimer & link back to the community (both in your user information), your requests to join all communities, and lastly, you must friend the mod journal
humod.
JOURNAL UPDATES must occur once every three weeks. Since being
ACTIVE is a must, it shouldn’t be too difficult to put together an entry with at least a little bit of depth to it. As far as being active goes, please try to have your character be active through threads, AIM, welcome posts, etc... Failure to do any of the above will result in removal from the community.
REALISM is key. Please keep things mature and realistic. This community welcomes and encourages any and all types of drama (sex, drugs, alcohol, fights, slash etc…) so it is absolutely encouraged that you get your character(s) mixed up in the hype! Just keep in mind that it isn’t very likely that a character would be on ecstasy, heroine and cocaine at the same time, all while getting gang banged by Ron Jeremy, Mickey Mouse and Brad Pitt.
HIATUS periods are to be made clear to the moderators and other members through PM’s to the moderator journal and also through the OOC community in order for other members to see. Please include the dates you will be absent from the community and when you plan on returning. Hiatus' longer than one month without notification to the moderators will result in removal in the community.
CHARACTER LIMIT will be two characters per player, unless you have been granted permission to bring in a third character. Please be sure, though, to at least mix things up and create characters that are noticeably different from one another if you do decide to have multiple characters.
OOC/IC DRAMA are to be kept 100% separate. If you are having problems with another player, please contact a moderator immediately and we will do our very best to assist you. This community is to be a friendly place where everyone treats each other with respect. Role playing should be enjoyable for everybody and we do not want anyone or anything getting in the way of this. With that being said,
